A recorded walk through Juhu. The first and last 200 m are left out, so a shared route never shows where a pup lives.

Two ways to walk

Walk your pup yourself, or invite your walker.

Both are free, and nothing here needs the other. Start tonight on your own, and bring your walker in whenever you are ready.

What a Guardian alert sounds like

A shorter recorded walk for Mango.

Today’s recorded walk was 9 minutes, compared with their usual 32. Open the report for context.

Alerts depend on the walk being tracked and can take a few minutes. No alert doesn’t prove everything was fine.

Who it’s for

Good care deserves to be seen.

Walk reports give parents and walkers the same starting point: a shared record of the day. Less guessing. Clearer conversations. More room for trust to grow.

Questions

Good questions, short answers.

Does PupStep find me a dog walker?

No. You bring the walker you already trust. PupStep sends you an update after every walk they take.

Do I need to pay to see a report?

No. The report after every walk and the full diary are free, for good. Guardian adds alerts, route replay, moving time, trends and family viewers.

What do I get when I start?

The full Guardian on your first seven reports: alerts, route replay, moving time and trends, so you see the whole product before you decide anything. It is counted in reports, not in days, so a week away costs you nothing. After the seventh report you choose Guardian or carry on free, and your diary is untouched either way.

Does my walker pay?

No. PupStep is free for walkers.

Do I need an app to open a report?

Parents can open the report link in a phone browser. No app installation is needed to view the basic report.

Does Guardian renew automatically?

No. Guardian is one payment for one month, with nothing kept on file. When it ends, your free reports and your whole diary carry on exactly as before.

Does a report guarantee that my dog was safe?

No. A report shows the information recorded during a walk. It helps you ask better questions and stay connected, but it is not proof of safety.
